Innoptec®technology is based on a thin layer of liquid crystals contained within a polymer matrix FILM, protected by flexible PET supports, which can be applied or laminated between the panes. Liquid crystals make any glass smart: from transparent to translucent with a simple touch.
Intelligent glass can replace traditional walls: transparency will create a bright, large and open space, translucency will create an intimate, private and comfortable diffused light environment (LEED).
Smart glass can replace unattractive solutions: the liquid crystals in the PDLC film laminated between the panes of glass allow - even in the translucent phase - natural light to pass through for uncompromised privacy.
