Precisely for this reason, Innoptec has conceived and developed a new product: Smart film PNLC (Polymer Network Liquid Crystal), known as Reverse.
Reverse is distinguished by its 'reverse' mode compared to traditional smart film. While the PDLC model becomes transparent when activated and opaque when deactivated, Reverse PNLC behaves exactly the opposite, providing a unique and highly customisable solution to meet a wide variety of privacy needs.

Film for glass lamination
Switchable REVERSE PNLC film from Innoptec® for glass lamination
The film consists of two outer layers of polyester film (PET), internally coated with a transparent conductive layer. A layer of REVERSE-PNLC is sandwiched between the two PET substrates. Placed inside glazing by means of the oven lay-up process, switchable REVERSE PNLC film allows the colour of the glass and, at the same time, the intensity of the passage of sunlight to be varied by means of a simple electrical control.

Standard film widths: 1400mm
Standard formats: Rectangular sheets obtained by laser cutting, according to required dimensions.
Cutting and customisation: Possibility of cutting curved shapes, pre-cutting the strip for the electrodes, applying the electrodes to positions requested by the customer from a range of standard combinations.
Power supply: REVERSE PNLC switchable film is supplied with 45-60Vac / 50-60Hz via transformer.
Colours: WHITE

Switchable film REVERSE PNLC by Innoptec® self-adhesive
The film consists of two outer layers of polyester film (PET), internally coated with a transparent conductive layer. A layer of Reverse PNLC is sandwiched between the two PET substrates. Applied self-adhesively to the surface of glass panes, the switchable Reverse PNLC film allows the colouring of the glass and, at the same time, the intensity of the sun's rays to be varied by means of a simple electrical control.

THE SUPPLY PROGRAMME
The cutting of the Reverse sheets is done by a special computerised machine that
receives the drawing of the shapes (Autocad software) directly via the
Internet, a service appreciated by architects and designers as well as
glass technicians.
